Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 2+ years in Real Estate and Construction to oversee on-site activities, ensure quality, coordinate with contractors, and monitor progress while upholding safety and compliance.

You will review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and specifications; manage site inspections; ensure timely milestones; maintain documentation; and support handover and project closure.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in Real Estate/Construction domain.
• Experience with RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and billing processes.
• Familiarity with safety standards and building codes.
• Ability to review plans and monitor progress on site.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction domain. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Review project plans, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Monitor material consumption and maintain project documentation.
• Verify contractor bills and prepare progress reports.
• Identify construction issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and construction best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Experience in Residential, Commercial, Villa, Apartment, or Real Estate Projects.
• Understanding of RCC structures, finishing works, masonry, waterproofing, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing processes.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience working on large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
• Exposure to project planning tools and construction management software is an added advantage.
