Docdort is seeking a skilled Civil Execution Engineer to oversee on-site execution for real estate development projects. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality construction delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of on-site experience, a civil engineering degree, and a proven track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams on mid to high-rise projects.

Qualifications

Job Summary

A skilled Civil Execution Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site execution activities for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan.
• Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material consumption and requisition of materials in coordination with the procurement team.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with statutory and site-specific norms.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that rework is minimized.
• Liaise with project managers and clients for updates and reporting.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Monitor contractor and Vendor performance, ensuring high standards of workmanship for site activities.
• Ensure timely certification of Contractor and Vendor bills.

Preferred Skills
