Job summary

Millennium Developers is seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil to oversee the complete execution of residential and commercial construction projects. You will plan, monitor, and ensure safety, quality, and timelines while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a BE/BTech in Civil with 10+ years of experience, strong RCC/structural/MEP coordination, and proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) required.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction/project management.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, waterproofing, MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities are completed within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Civil to oversee the complete execution of residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, cost, safety, timelines, and coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor the overall execution of the project from start to completion.
• Ensure project activities are completed within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Supervise and guide Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and contractors.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, contractors, and vendors.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Monitor daily progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, and execution challenges.
• Ensure proper manpower, material, machinery, and resource planning.
• Review contractor work and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, variations, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with the Estimation, Purchase, Stores, Safety, and Accounts teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure implementation of proper quality control and inspection procedures at site.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Review contractor bills, measurements, work progress, and certifications.
• Identify risks and take timely corrective action to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, drawings, approvals, and records.
• Ensure smooth handover of the completed project as per company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction/project management, preferably in residential real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and building construction.
• Proven experience in handling projects independently from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent contractor and consultant management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines.
