Job summary

PeopleStrong in Solapur is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive monthly sales targets and to cross-sell third-party and group products to Gold Loan clients. You will ensure compliance with lending norms and uphold transaction integrity.

You will support branch collections, engage in catchment development, generate leads, and convert them into new customers. A graduate/postgraduate with 1 year of field sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate degree required.
• 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
• Graduate level understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Monthly Sales Target.
• Cross selling and up selling of third party and group products to Gold Loan customers.
• Adhere to lending norms and maintain integrity in customer transactions.
• Support the branch in interest collection.
