Job summary

Panacorp Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Tamil Nadu to lead sales and client acquisition for PhD assistance services. You will build relationships with students, researchers, and institutions, manage a sales team, and drive toward aggressive targets.

The role requires 5–8 years in BD/sales, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to develop strategies while guiding the team to success. MBA is preferred and PhD services knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in education, research, or related fields).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to create strategies and drive a team to achieve results.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• Knowledge of PhD assistance services (thesis, research papers, editing, publications) is an advantage.
