Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a strong credit rating background to lead revenue generation in the assigned regions. The role involves acquiring new clients, originating rating and fundraising opportunities, and mentoring a BDM team.

The candidate will build MIS, plan sales geography, and drive end-to-end deal closures while expanding relationships with existing clients across major Indian markets.

• Senior Business Development Manager - Credit Rating Advisory & Debt Syndication
• A credit rating advisory and debt syndication firm is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager.
• This is a revenue-generating role reporting directly to top management and handling a team of BDMs.
• Mandatory: a credit rating background is required for this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and build client onboarding and relationship capability
• Originate rating business and fundraising for mid and large corporate groups in the assigned region
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
• Identify unrated clients and facilitate migration from unrated to rated, helping them leverage the rating for fundraising
