• Acquire new clients and build client onboarding and relationship capability.
• Originate rating business and fundraising mandates for mid and large corporate groups in the assigned region.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
• Identify unrated clients and facilitate migration from unrated to rated, helping them leverage the rating for fundraising.
• Build MIS and market intelligence on competitors.
• Prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans and achieve them.
• Lead and train the business development team; identify potential market segments.
• Generate revenue through new account development and key account management.
• Develop business proposals and monitor market intelligence on new projects, competitive activity and new customers.
