Role: Senior Business Development Manager

Key Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills to manage a team, with a professional and growth-oriented mindset.
  
• Experience in client onboarding and relationship management.
  
• Proven ability to acquire new clients.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Good exposure and basic understanding of financial products such as Credit Ratings, Equity (Private and Public), and Fund Raising.
  
• Responsible for origination of rating business and fundraising for mid to large corporate groups within the assigned region.
  
• Maintain and enhance strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.
  
• Identify unrated clients and facilitate their transition to rated status and leverage ratings for fundraising.
  
• Build MIS and market intelligence on competitors; prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans and achieve targets.
  
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client industries, including trends, business processes, financial metrics, and key competitors.
  

Strategic Role:

• Lead and train the business development team.
