Job summary

TÜV SÜD Mumbai seeks a Customer Relations Manager to manage relationships with private industries and EPC players in oil, gas and chemical sectors, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term collaboration. You will generate leads, support tender efforts with market insights and costing, liaise with senior management, and drive achievement of sales targets across the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Experience dealing with private industries & EPC companies in oil, gas and chemical sectors; liaising with top management.
• Provide detailed updates for customer insights on future and ongoing TPI & EPC projects.
• Background in customer-relations roles in oil & gas and process industries.
• Liaise with various levels of company and industry representatives.
• Responsible for achieving the business unit sales targets.
• Understanding of TPI, FQA, mechanical integrity, process safety and HSE services.
• Generate leads and convert into orders.
• Support tender team with market updates, technical write-ups and costings to win leads.
• Empanelment and registration for various services.

• Person should have exposure of dealing with private industries & EPC Companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector, Process industries, In service requirement & off course relation to top management of all units
• Having detail update for customer insight for future & ongoing requirement of TPI & EPC Projects
• Person should have background for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industry
• Capable to Liasoning with various level of company & industries representatives etc.-
• Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target.
• Person should have clear understanding & hands on awareness about TPI, FQA, mechanical integrity works, Process Safety , HSE Services
• Generating lead and converting in order booking
• Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project related to leads
• Empanelment & registration for Various Services
