Job summary

TÜV SÜD Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Relation Manager to interface with private industries and EPC companies in the oil & gas, chemical, and process sectors. You will build top-management relationships, generate leads, support tender activities, and ensure conformance with TPI, FQA, mechanical integrity, and HSE services, contributing to sales targets and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Deal with private industries and EPC companies in oil & gas and chemical sectors.
• Engage with process industries and maintain top management relations.
• Update customer insights for future and ongoing needs of TPI & EPC projects.
• Background in customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industries.
• Liaise with various company and industry representatives at different levels.
• Responsible for achieving business unit sales targets.
• Awareness of TPI, FQA, mechanical integrity, process safety and HSE services.
• Generate leads and convert them into bookings.
• Support Tender team with market updates, technical write-ups and costing.
• Empanelment and registration for various services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with private industries and EPCs.
• Coordinate with sales and tender teams to win projects.
• Provide market feedback and prepare technical write-ups for bids.
• Ensure regulatory and service registrations are up to date.
• Liaise with senior management and client representatives to secure orders.

• Person should have exposure of dealing with private industries & EPC Companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector, Process industries, In service requirement & off course relation to top management of all units
• Having detail update for customer insight for future & ongoing requirement of TPI & EPC Projects
• Person should have back ground for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industry
• Capable to Liasoning with various level of company & industries representatives etc.
• Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target.
• Person should have clear understanding & hands on awareness about TPI, FQA, mechanical integrity works, Process Safety , HSE Services
• Generating lead and converting in order booking
• Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project related to leads
• Empanelment & registration for Various Services
