Job summary

TÜV SÜD in India seeks a Customer Relations and Business Development professional to engage with private industries and EPC players, focusing on Oil & Gas and Process sectors. You will liaise with top management and drive leads to binding orders while supporting tender teams with market updates and technical write-ups.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction across units.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with private industries & EPC companies in Oil & Gas and Chemical sector.
• Background in customer relation management in process industries.

Responsibilities

• Deal with private industries & EPC companies, mainly in Oil & Gas and Chemical sectors.
• Maintain customer insights for future and ongoing requirements of TPI & EPC projects.
• Liaise with various levels of company & industry representatives.
• Achieve business unit sales targets.
• Understand TPI, FQA, mechanical integrity works, Process Safety, HSE Services.
• Generate leads and convert to orders.
• Support tender team with market updates, technical write-ups and costing.
• Empanelment & registration for various services.

• Person should have exposure of dealing with private industries & EPC Companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector, Process industries, In service requirement & off course relation to top management of all units
• Having detail update for customer insight for future & ongoing requirement of TPI & EPC Projects
• Person should have background for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industry
• Capable to Liasoning with various level of company & industries representatives etc.-
• Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target.
• Person should have clear understanding & hands on awareness about TPI, FQA, mechanical integrity works, Process Safety , HSE Services
• Generating lead and converting in order booking
• Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project related to leads
• Empanelment & registration for Various Services
