Job summary

Future Gate Hr Solutions seeks a Chief Business Officer to drive growth, lead EPC business development, and close large industrial deals. The role requires deep expertise in heavy engineering, process equipment, and fabrication with a proven track record in high-value EPC projects.

You will build strategic customer relationships, manage pricing and negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale operations toward ambitious targets like 800 Cr+.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience, preferably 2230 years.
• Strong background in Heavy Engineering / Process Equipment / Fabrication / Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers
• Experience with ASME / PED-compliant manufacturing and EPC business
• Must have personally handled 100300 Cr annual order booking
• Proven track record of personally closing large EPC / industrial deals
• Strong understanding of pricing, costing, margins, commercial terms, and negotiations
• Proven experience in long-cycle B2B/EPC projects (618 months)
• Strong network and relationships with major EPCs and industrial customers
• Manufacturing/fabrication background is mandatory; trading/service-only profiles will not be considered.
• Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an advantage.
