ABusiness in India is hiring a Sales Manager (Visa & Immigration) for Gurugram on a full-time, on-site basis. You will lead B2B visa and immigration sales, counsel clients, and close deals while meeting revenue targets and maintaining a strong client relationship.

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, Visa & Immigration (B2B) based in Gurugram.
• We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven sales professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B Visa & Immigration sales. The ideal candidate must have successfully advised and converted individual customers for visa and immigration services and have prior experience working with a Visa & Immigration Consultancy or Immigration Agency.
• The role involves managing the complete customer journey, from lead generation and counseling to deal closure, while consistently achieving revenue targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2B leads for visa and immigration services.
• Counsel customers on the most suitable visa and immigration options based on their travel, education, work, or migration goals.
• Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct customer consultations and explain visa eligibility, documentation requirements, timelines, and service offerings.
• Build trust with customers and guide them throughout the sales process.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to payment collection and successful onboarding.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Work closely with immigration consultants, documentation teams, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop referral channels and strategic partnerships to generate new business.
• Stay updated with changing immigration policies, visa regulations, and market trends.
• Ensure ethical sales practices while providing accurate immigration guidance.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Requirement
• Applicants must have prior experience working in a Visa & Immigration Consultancy or Immigration Agency and should have successfully sold visa and immigration services for the following countries: United States (USA), Canada, United Kingdom (UK), Japan
• Candidates without hands-on experience in Visa & Immigration sales for these countries will not be considered.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B Visa & Immigration sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Visa & Immigration industry.
• Strong understanding of visitor visas, tourist visas, student visas, work permits, business visas, dependent visas, and immigration programs.
• Excellent customer counseling and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Experience handling high-volume customer inquiries and conversions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
