Job Description
MISSION
Act as the liaison between Functions/Countries and IT. Translate functional business requirements into projects for developers, collaborate closely with Coface functions (Risk, commercial, finance) to secure approvals and clarify deliverables, and support change management for regional invoicing tools. Handle Tier‑II user support and drive system enhancements for the organization’s operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult and collaborate with functions and countries to understand business needs, goals, objectives, processes and requirements.
- Identify new projects for the group or regional initiatives in the APR & MAR regions.
- Clarify project requirements for all teams, interpret data, and translate into full requirements in coordination with developers. Deliver workflow diagrams and risk analyses.
- Ensure user guides for new projects, conduct training, and provide level‑2 support. Coordinate with IT and consultants to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Create test cases for UAT and pre‑test them before delivery to functions and countries.
- Submit progress reports to departmental heads and management during bi‑weekly functional meetings.
- Assist project managers with time estimation, quality checks, and budget adherence.
- Help management and teams define business goals and needs.
- Formulate procedural manuals for all departments.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior business analysts.
Reporting & Daily Activities
- Provide data, statistics, KPIs and reports to COO/CEO.
- Monitor process activities and alert when necessary changes need to be made.
Risk & Compliance
- Adhere to compliance standards set by Coface and financial regulators.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines.
- Project management (PMI) certification is preferable.

- Extensive experience handling business requirements against pre‑defined scope.
- Extensive experience in process mapping and operational efficiency.
- Extensive experience applying technology in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, system problem‑solving, organizational and managerial skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, digitalization, process management, project and change management.
- Ability to coordinate with business and IT teams across technical and business perspectives.
