Job summary

NoBrokerHood is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager to accelerate Pan-India advertising revenue through brand acquisition and strategic partnerships. You will drive B2B ad sales, prospect and pitch to advertisers, and close deals that deliver integrated digital and OOH/DOOH campaigns.

You will build relationships with brands and agencies, manage negotiations, and work with internal teams to execute campaigns and report performance across India.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Business Development.
• Proven track record in B2B advertising sales and revenue generation.
• Understanding of digital advertising, OOH/DOOH, and on-ground campaigns.

• Sell integrated advertising solutions, including digital media, OOH/DOOH, activations, sampling, and branding.
• Achieve revenue targets and drive repeat business, upselling, and account growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and performance reporting.
• Track sales pipelines, conversions, forecasts, and revenue performance.

Requirements

• Experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Business Development.
• Proven track record in B2B advertising sales and revenue generation.
• Understanding of digital advertising, OOH/DOOH, and on-ground campaigns.
• Experience handling brands, agencies, and Pan-India accounts is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
