Job summary

NoBrokerHood, part of NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager Brand Partnerships & Alliances to drive Pan-India advertising revenue by acquiring brands, forming strategic partnerships, and leading media sales.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, manage full cycles from prospecting to closure, and collaborate with brands, agencies and senior decision-makers to deliver integrated digital and on-ground advertising solutions that align with client objectives and

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development or Strategic Alliances.
• Strong B2B advertising/media sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Experience handling brands, advertisers, agencies or marketing teams.
• Good understanding of Digital, BTL or experiential marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
• Pan-India client/market experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive repeat business, upselling and cross-selling from existing accounts.
• Identify new categories, markets and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Own revenue targets, sales forecasts, pipeline and conversion metrics.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
