THE GUARDIANS REAL ESTATE ADVISORY is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing professional in Mumbai to lead brand strategy and integrated campaigns for real estate projects. You will drive ATL/BTL, digital and event campaigns, manage agencies and budgets, and partner with Sales, CRM and PR teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

• 8-12+ years of experience in Brand Marketing / Integrated Marketing / Marketing Communications, preferably in Real Estate or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong experience in ATL, BTL, OOH, media planning and project launches.
• Proven experience in managing agencies, budgets and large-scale campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, communication and stakeholder management.

Role Overview
