Harmony Infra Ventures Ghaziabad seeks an experienced Marketing Head to shape and drive the company’s marketing strategy in the competitive real estate sector.

You will lead project marketing, branding, launches and campaigns, while steering digital marketing, lead generation and performance outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong experience in project marketing, digital marketing, branding and lead generation.
• Proven experience in team and agency management.
• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete marketing function and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Lead project marketing, brand positioning, launches and campaigns.
• Drive digital marketing, lead generation and performance marketing.
• Manage ATL/BTL, events, outdoor, social media and other marketing activities.
• Manage creative, digital, media and other marketing agencies/vendors.
• Plan and control the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, CRM and Business teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports and KPIs to senior management.
• Take complete ownership of marketing execution from strategy to results.
