Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-wise marketing and go-to-market strategies.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Candidates from residential or commercial real estate are preferred.
• Candidates from reputed advertising, branding, digital or integrated marketing agencies with strong real estate/project marketing experience are also welcome.
• Experience handling premium/luxury residential or large-scale commercial projects will be an advantage.
• Proven expertise in integrated marketing, digital and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand building, project marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue objectives.
• Strong agency, stakeholder and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and presentation skills.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B-School/institution preferred.
