Zusammenfassung

PeopleStrong is seeking a field-based sales professional in Telangana to drive customer acquisition for micro LAP and gold-backed loans. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and generate leads while maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.

You will engage in cold calls, daily sales efforts, and end-to-end loan support, acting as a bridge between customers and the branch. Local language and English communication is essential.

Aufgaben

• Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development.
• Find new micro markets and empanel quality referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Gold-backed secured loans (Suvarna).
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to the potential customer base to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM.
• Find, nurture and develop excellent relationships with referral partners/connectors.
• Manage the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship; activate referral partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office.
• Learn the organization’s policies and source files per policy.
• Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while in the Market and share opportunities with the Branch Business Manager.
• Support customers in end-to-end loan processing.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the Branch.
• Be responsible for soft bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health and life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the area assigned.

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business

• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
