Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop As-Built BIM models from site surveys and point clouds.
• Collaborate within a team of modelers, perform clash detection and report findings.
• Assist Team Lead with project tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop coordinated BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP services using point cloud data and Design drawings.
• Create BIM models at various Levels of Detail (LOD) as required.
• Prepare construction/shop drawings and schedules based on client requirements, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Develop As-Built BIM models using site survey drawings, point clouds, or marked-up drawings with as-built comments.
• Work collaboratively within a team of modelers and detailers.
• Perform clash detection and generate clash reports.
• Assist the Team Lead with project-related tasks as required.

Skills and Requirements

• BTech / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-9 years of relevant experience in Scan-to-BIM projects, with hands-on expertise in point cloud-based modeling and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
