Job summary

Balfour Beatty Infrastructure India Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Senior BIM Engineer to create and manage 3D BIM models for civil infrastructure projects using Revit, AutoCAD and Civil 3D. You will support design and construction teams, ensuring model accuracy and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include clash detection, documentation, model coordination, and BIM data-driven quantity take-offs, with collaboration across architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil, or related field.
• 8+ years of BIM modelling experience in construction.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Navisworks.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.

• Maintain BIM libraries and create parametric families.
• Support BIM Execution Plans and adhere to BIM standards.

About the role

The Senior BIM Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. This role supports design and construction teams by ensuring models comply with project standards and facilitate coordination across disciplines.

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Revit and AutoCAD.
