Job summary

Advenser is a global BIM service provider seeking a Sr. Engineer – Scan to BIM (MEP) to develop and manage accurate MEP BIM models and ensure coordination across all building services.

The ideal candidate will have strong Revit MEP and Scan-to-BIM expertise for complex projects. Responsibilities include coordinating MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines, delivering detailed models at multiple LODs, performing clash detection, and supporting teams in model management and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks is essential.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.
• Hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud conversion is preferred.
• Experience with Dynamo scripting is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with US-based projects is preferred.
