Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RA Bills, Running Bills and Final Bills to clients.
• Handle complete client billing and track the status of submitted and certified bills.
• Verify quantities and measurements as per approved drawings and site execution.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and variation statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, consultants and clients for bill certification.
• Track certified bills, pending bills and payment status.
• Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and executed quantities.
• Verify subcontractor bills and work measurements.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the planning and project teams for progress-based billing.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of all project bills.
• Prepare MIS reports related to billing, certification and receivables.

The candidate should have experience in handling client billing for at least 4–5 major projects and possess strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, certification and billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RA Bills, Running Bills and Final Bills to clients.
• Handle complete client billing and track the status of submitted and certified bills.
• Verify quantities and measurements as per approved drawings and site execution.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and variation statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, consultants and clients for bill certification.
• Track certified bills, pending bills and payment status.
• Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and executed quantities.
• Handle extra item, deviation and variation claims as per project requirements.
• Verify subcontractor bills and work measurements.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the planning and project teams for progress-based billing.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of all project bills.
• Prepare MIS reports related to billing, certification and receivables.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction billing.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience handling 4–5 large-scale building projects.
• Strong experience in client billing and billing tracking.
• Experience in Healthcare, Residential, Commercial or Industrial projects preferred.
• Experience with projects valued approximately 100–150 Crores will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements and rate analysis.
• Good knowledge of RA Bills, final bills, variations and claims.
• Strong coordination, documentation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related software.
