Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing & Estimation Engineer to manage end-to-end billing, estimation, and contract-related activities for our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract & Documentation Management

• Understand contract terms related to payments, penalties, and project milestones
• Prepare and manage contract documentation
• Maintain billing records, payment certificates, and supporting documents
• Ensure compliance with all contractual clauses

2. Work Tracking & Coordination

• Monitor and track site progress, including work completed, materials used, and timelines
• Coordinate effectively with:
  • Site Engineers
  • Project Managers
  • Contractors & Vendors
  • Finance/Accounts Team

3. Quantity Take-Off & Measurement

• Measure executed work at site (civil, finishing, MEP, etc.)
• Maintain measurement sheets and records
• Verify quantities as per approved drawings
• Coordinate with site teams for accurate data

4. Billing & Payment Verification

• Verify contractor, subcontractor, and supplier bills (including RA bills)
• Track and record all payments made
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documentation

5. Estimation & Costing

• Prepare BOQs, quantity statements, and cost estimates
• Support tendering and bidding processes with accurate estimations

6. AutoCAD & Area Statements

• Prepare area statements from AutoCAD and other drawings
• Validate and get approvals from management

7. Negotiation & Clarification

• Negotiate and clarify contractor bills and discrepancies
• Resolve billing-related issues efficiently

Required Skills
