Job summary

Vishal Builders is seeking a highly experienced Billing Engineer to join our construction team in handling billing for government infrastructure, industrial projects, and buildings. The role requires strong CPWD/PWD specifications knowledge and contract management.

You will verify drawings and quantities, prepare client and subcontractor bills, ensure GST/TDS compliance, and collaborate with site engineers and accounts to keep audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Reading, interpreting, and verifying civil drawings and quantity calculations.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client bills, subcontractor bills, RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements as per contract requirements.
• Verify site measurements and quantities from drawings, BOQs, and executed work.
• Ensure billing compliance with CPWD/PWD specifications, contract conditions, work orders, and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Planning Teams, Project Managers, and Accounts Departments for approvals and billing clarifications.
• Maintain accurate billing records, supporting documents, and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist in budget monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and project cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other taxation norms.
• Monitor material consumption and work progress for quantity reconciliation and billing verification.

About the Role-

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building construction, industrial projects, and government infrastructure works, with a strong understanding of billing processes, quantity estimation, contract management, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities-

• Prepare and process client bills, subcontractor bills, RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements as per contract requirements.

• Ensure billing compliance with CPWD/PWD specifications, contract conditions, work orders, and project guidelines.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Qualifications-

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in billing for government infrastructure, industrial, or building construction project
