Job summary

Thought Circuits Services LLC in Vijayawada is hiring a Senior US Bench Sales Recruiter to run full-cycle recruiting and bench marketing activities onsite at our office.

The role requires 1–6 years of experience, strong communication, analytical thinking, and familiarity with US terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa processes; night shifts are part of the schedule.

You will collaborate with vendors and offshore teams, publish weekly progress, and contribute to a growth‑oriented, supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience 1-6 years in the industry.
• Good communication skills and computer knowledge.
• Strong analytical and thinking skills.
• Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Good team player and result driven.
• Good verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Maintain and building the vendor contacts.
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
• Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
• Publish progress report to management every week.
• Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
