Role Description

The Senior Barista is a full-time, on-site role based at our café in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages, overseeing daily café operations, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service and product quality. Day-to-day tasks include dialing in espresso, brewing filter coffee, managing food preparation for baked items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and café, and supporting inventory management. The Senior Barista will guide and train junior team members, help refine drink recipes, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
