Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and basic caf food items as per standard recipes.
• Handle customer orders, provide friendly service, and ensure a positive caf experience.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS/billing systems, and other caf equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, workstations, equipment, and dining area.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and availability of ingredients and supplies.
• Take customer feedback and resolve basic customer queries professionally.
• Support opening and closing activities, including cleaning, stock checking, and workstation setup.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and caf operational standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day caf operations.
• Assist with inventory checks and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 110 years of experience as a Barista, Caf Staff, F&B Associate, or in a similar role.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and caf operations will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, polite, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
