Role Description

The Barista role at Zerve - Brew & Beyond is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages to company standards, as well as handling basic food preparation and presentation of menu items. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, operating the POS system, and ensuring prompt, friendly service. The Barista maintains a clean and organized workspace, restocks supplies, follows food safety and hygiene guidelines, and supports opening and closing procedures. This role also involves learning recipes, understanding coffee brewing methods, and working closely with the team to deliver a consistent, positive guest experience.
