Job summary

Ira Hospitality is seeking a Senior Barista to oversee coffee operations, ensure beverage quality, and mentor junior staff. The role focuses on latte art, consistency in flavor, and effective service recovery in a fast-paced café environment.

Ideal candidate has 1–2+ years as a Barista with specialty coffee expertise, proficiency in milk texturing, brewing techniques, and POS operations, plus F&B certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Quality control: Prepare specialty coffee and teas with consistent flavor and latte art.
• Supervision: Oversee daily barista operations, shift scheduling and opening/closing.
• Training: Mentor Junior Baristas on techniques and service standards.
• Management: Lead inventory ordering, stock rotation and waste reduction.
• Service: Handle customer complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
• Compliance: Maintain equipment hygiene and enforce HACCP/FSSAI standards.
• Experience: 1–2+ years as a Barista with specialty coffee expertise.
• Skills: Proficient in milk texturing and brewing techniques.
• POS operations: Proficient use of POS systems.

Responsibilities
