Job summary

AgroStar is seeking a Learning & Development leader to design and oversee field and online training programs for agriproducers across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. You will drive curriculum, assessments, and digital learning solutions to uplift sales capability and product knowledge.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to keep content current, track impact through MIS, and travel across regions to implement programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in field training, agronomy, agri-inputs, or sales capability.
• Strong understanding of agriculture, agri-input products, and field realities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using digital learning tools, LMS, Google Meet/Slides, Excel, and AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to independently manage training programs across multiple states.
• Field-oriented, execution-focused, and willing to travel as required.
• Digital-first mindset with the ability to identify and implement innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support new-joiner training, partner training, and create simple regional-language learning content.
• Conduct online and field-based training on agri-products, agronomy, sales capability, and internal digital applications.
• Enable channel partners through relevant product and agronomy training.
• Drive digital-led training initiatives using LMS, AI/digital tools, virtual learning, assessments, and other scalable learning solutions.
• Partner with Business, Product, Category, R&D, and Marketing teams to keep training content relevant and updated.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, adoption, and on-ground impact.
• Own training MIS and manage program execution end-to-end.
• Independently manage training programs across multiple states and travel as required.
