Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Study existing project related documents, policies and reports, identify gaps and opportunities, and prepare concise notes, briefs and presentations.


• Prepare high‑quality documents in MS Word and presentations in PowerPoint (or equivalent tools) for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings


• Participate in internal and external meetings (including with officials, customer/client staff, FPOs and other stakeholders), present insights and share independent opinions.


• Support field visits and other project locations in Telangana, interact with local stakeholders and document field observations and learnings.


• Do research, and refine documents, create first‑cut analyses, prepare presentations and conduct quick secondary research


• Maintain organized records of project documents, meeting minutes, action trackers and version control for key deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

• Agri MBA / PGDM (Agri‑Business Management or equivalent) from MANAGE, NAARM or similar leading institutes offering ABM programmes.


• 0–2 years of relevant experience in agri‑marketing, agri‑business, agri‑value chains, FPOs or related development/consulting assignments; high‑calibre freshers may also be considered.


• Strong proficiency in Telugu and English, with very good reading and writing skills in both languages.


• Excellent documentation and presentation skills using MS Word, PowerPoint or similar tools (Google Docs/Slides, etc.)


• Willingness and ability to travel across Telangana at short notice, including to client locations and field sites.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to understand policies, schemes and reports related to agricultural marketing.


• Good interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with and present to senior stakeholders.

Employment Terms and Remuneration

• Employment Type: Regular full‑time role.


• Remuneration: Fixed annual CTC of ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakhs) per annum


• Work Schedule: Hybrid – mix of office, remote work and field travel
