• Anticipate customer needs based on crop lifecycles and proactively offer relevant solutions.
• Convert leads into sales by communicating the value proposition of company products.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and elevating clients to key accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
