We are looking for a Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition with strong expertise in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for technology roles, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across various domains (Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels – job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit in collaboration with hiring teams.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate engagement.
• Stay updated on market trends and provide insights on talent availability and compensation benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technical hiring.
• Proven ability to hire for roles such as Java, Python, Full Stack, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA Automation, etc.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
