Job summary

NPCI is seeking a Senior Associate - Java/React JS in Hyderabad to drive offline products delivery and technology initiatives. You will work across Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, ReactJS, and databases to deliver reliable software in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3-4 years of hands-on development experience, strong problem solving, and collaboration with analysts, QA, and infra teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in application development with Java/Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST APIs.
• Proficient in ReactJS and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes; knowledge of OWASP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with React frontend.
• Manage code in Git, build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and infrastructure to deliver features.
• Address production issues and drive continuous improvement; domain knowledge in Payments/Banking preferred.

Actively collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to achieve project goals. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively. Preferred knowledge on Payments/Banking Domain. Good Knowledge on Windows server, Linux, Postgres SQL, Maria DB, KAFKA, Redis and Automation tools like JENKINS.
