Job details• Job Title: Senior Associate – Control & Monitoring, Customer Excellence• Division: Customer Excellence• Years of Experience : 2-4 years• Education : Full time Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate/ in any stream from a Tier-1 College/ University in India.• Location : Goregaon- Mumbai, Full-Time (Work from Office)• Permanent Role• Report to: In-Charge – Customer ExcellenceKey responsibilitiesGeneral Purpose• Product Portfolio Management – Analyze Data to drive insights to identify problem areas, suggest areas of improvement, develop solutions & tools in-house to connect to other apps to automate routine tasks, take ownership for driving overall product success rate.• Manage day-to-day relationships with internal & external partners/stakeholders.• Take lead in identifying system level gaps and bridge gaps by architecting & deploying technical solutions incorporating various techniques and platforms which can bring permanent solutions to recurring issues, reduce man hours, improving success rate.• Ensure standardization of processes, documentation and creating product value proposition.• Periodic structured ecosystem connect for discussing the status of the feature with ecosystem players and understanding ground level challenges.Principal Accountabilities• Monitor the critical KPIs of the product and ensure there is positive growth in the KPIs.• Manage all product features specific internal . external reporting including regulatory reporting.• Ensure audit compliance for the feature for internal / external audits including the regulatory audits.• Identify need for, procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis• Obtaining necessary Regulatory and Board approvals• Assist in drafting of Operating Rules and Regulations for required changes.• Setting up SLA’s between internal stakeholders with respect to various aspects of the product.• Inter-departmental liasoning of Risk & Compliance, Central Operations, Channel and Business teams for driving product efficientlyKey skills and experience required• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.• Strong proficiency in Excel with knowledge in Advance Excel automation skills(VBA, Macros, etc.)• Basic understanding of Website development and APIs• Web Application building skills using Node JS, ReactJS, Express JS, Angular Js.• Basic understanding of CRM.• Moderate understanding and implementation of AI in daily work life.• Use of AI to automate daily task.• Moderately skilled in Python programing & Python frameworks like FastAPI.• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes requiredCertificationsMust have one or more certifications from the following: -• Data/ Business Analyst Associate/Professional• Certificate in Data Engineering• SQL• MERN Certificates• Python Certificate• Any other certification which reflects the candidate's skillset from the above requirement
