Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a facilities leader to manage the development centre's facilities, travel and related services. You will lead the facilities team, coordinate with the DC EC, authorities and vendors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires coordinating Business Continuity and Health, Safety & Environment programs to guarantee round-the-clock support for the DC in line with company policy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities functions at a development centre.
• Ability to interact with local authorities and vendors.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Facilities function at a Development Centre by reviewing, planning and implementing services (Facilities, travel, transport, hospitality, general engineering services, voice communication) for the location.
• Lead the Facilities team and interact with the DC EC, local authorities and vendors.
• Lead the Business Continuity and Health, Safety Environment management systems to provide round-the-clock business support to the DC as per SLAs.
