Job summary

G10X Pte Ltd in India (Kerala, Ernakulam) seeks an experienced HR professional to drive HR operations, process improvements, and immigration workflows across US, UAE, and UK markets.

The role requires 3–7 years in HR, hands-on HRIS/HRMS experience (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People), and strong analytical skills in Excel for reporting and data analysis. A background in HR Shared Services or Global Mobility is a plus.

Experience 3-7 years of relevant HR experience. Proven experience in HR operations, HR process improvement, or HR transformation initiatives. Experience handling immigration processes for the US, UAE, and/or UK. Hands-on exposure to HRIS/HRMS systems. Required Skills & Competencies Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis, Reporting). Strong understanding of HR processes and process optimization methodologies. Expertise in SOP creation, process mapping, and documentation. Experience with HRMS platforms such as: SAP SuccessFactors Workday Zoho People Functional Competencies Process design and continuous improvement. HR operations and compliance. Immigration process management. HR analytics and reporting. Behavioural Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. High attention to detail and documentation discipline. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Collaborative and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Profile Experience in HR Shared Services, Global Mobility, HR Operations, or HR Transformation environments. Exposure to workflow automation and HR digitalization initiatives. Certification in HR Analytics will be an advantage. Education Required Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Preferred Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
