Job summary

Espire Infolabs is seeking a Manager- Human Resources (EMEA) to lead HR operations for US, UK, Australia, and SEA regions. You will manage end-to-end employee life cycle (excluding recruitment) and drive policy design, compliance, and payroll processes.

The role requires strong communication and a proactive approach to stakeholder management. You will collaborate with global HR heads, ensure accurate HR data, and support audits while maintaining employee relations and engagement across multiple

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of HR operations experience in software/tech companies.
• 5+ years working with US, UK, Australia, and SEA regions and local HR guidelines.
• Knowledge of immigration/visa laws, right to work, GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, leave, attendance, payroll, offboarding).
• Design HR policies and processes aligned with local laws and educate employees.
• Ensure policy compliance and adherence to local practices.
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll data accuracy.
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts; drive engagement.
• Organize monthly employee engagement events and maintain dashboards/reports.
• Collaborate with global & India HR teams; align UK HR policies with the organization.
• Be willing to work from Espire UK office and manage HR audits.

Manager- Human Resources (EMEA)

The Human Resource Manager will manage day to day HR operations activities for US, UK, Australia, SEA region. He/ she will be involved in strategic initiatives for the US, UK, Australia, SEA region from HR perspective. The key area of work will revolve around end-to-end employee life cycle management, except recruitment and talent acquisition.

Area of work:

• Manages day-to-day activities in all aspects of human resources operations such as onboarding, employee connect, leave and attendance, payroll, offboarding etc.
• Serves as the designated expert for designing policies and processes, benefit plans etc in alignment with local practices and law of the land and educating employees on same as may be required.
• Ensure compliance to policies and processes within the organization and at same time compliance with local laws/ practices.
• Work with employees to ensure proper administration of benefits and allowance, payroll data, etc.
• Work towards employee grievances, conflicts, and work closely to resolve the same by proactively remaining connected with employees.
• Manage employee engagement event on monthly basis.
• Maintain regular reports and dashboards for all required areas.
• Collaborate closely with US, UK, Australia, SEA management and employees.
• Work closely with corporate HR Head and HR operations team based in India to align UK HR policies and processes with organization.
• Manage and be responsible for HR related audits.
• Should be willing to work from Espire UK office.

Desired profile:

• Should have worked in HR operations in software companies for 6-12 years.
• Must have worked in US, UK, Australia, SEA region for 5+ years, and knows local HR guidelines. Should be very comfortable and have good knowledge of local laws and practices, compensation and benefits related aspects etc.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Should have good understanding and knowledge of immigration/visa laws, right to work eligibility, GDPR guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
