Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage relationships with large corporates, fintech entities including TPAPs, cobrand partners, and NBFC/retail merchants.
- Support onboarding, enablement, and scaling of mapped partners ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and lifecycle support.
- Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within mapped partners; identify and unlock new opportunities through market insights, collaborative projects, and innovation‑driven partnerships.
- Develop and help implement payment strategies for clients; contribute to pilot project execution and stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem.
- Ensure partner adherence to regulatory and operational guidelines, coordinating with internal compliance teams to enable safe and scalable fintech operations.
Skills and Experience Required
- Ability to drive agenda at CXO level engagement internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of digital payments ecosystem: payment rails (UPI, cards), settlement flows, reconciliation, fraud/risk controls, API integration.
- Regulatory & compliance expertise: RBI guidelines, PCI‑DSS, data privacy frameworks.
- Experience building interactive dashboards in Superset/Power BI.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, Canva) for workflow automation and insight generation.
- Problem‑solving and solution design: ability to break down ambiguous problems into scalable, tech‑enabled solutions.
