Responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with partner banks and key stakeholders across the digital payment ecosystem.
- Engage with senior management at partner banks through structured reviews, governance meetings, and executive interactions.
- Own business growth targets, monthly tracking, and portfolio expansion across NPCI digital payment products and RuPay credit cards.
- Demonstrate strong P&L understanding and contribute to business strategy, commercial frameworks, and incentive structures.
- Drive go‑to‑market strategy and increase market share of NPCI digital payment products.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of credit programs, commercial deals, incentive campaigns, and activation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations, technology, finance, and risk teams for seamless execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality execution.
- Track performance metrics, prepare MIS, and derive insights using data analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve partner queries and escalations within defined TATs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the digital payments ecosystem, regulatory environment, and market trends.
- Utilize AI skills for data insights, work automation, dashboard understanding, portfolio management, revenue forecasting, compliance checks, and CRM updates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Cards & Digital Payments business.
- Proven track record of structuring and executing digital payment and credit card businesses.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, project management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to extract insights and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product understanding and business acumen within the NPCI digital payment ecosystem.
