NPCI, based in Mumbai, invites a Senior Associate Client Implementation & Readiness to join our Technical Account Management division. You will lead technical assignments around UPI and RuPay acceptance, and coordinate with global partners to enable new digital payments platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc, strong API literacy, security awareness, and ability to draft Technical Specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical client implementations.
• BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSc (full-time)
• Experience with UPI/Cards implementation and reading API logs

Responsibilities

• Be able to independently handle technical assignments around UPI/Cards design and implementation.
• Understand infrastructure setups (on prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Possess strong knowledge of application and infrastructure security postures.
• Write comprehensive Technical Specification Documents including API specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and articulate solution designs clearly.
• Support technical project management duties as needed.
