Job summary

Lend A Hand India in Pune is seeking a Senior Associate - Educational Book Graphic Designer to create engaging textbooks, handbooks, and learning materials for diverse learner groups.

You will design book layouts, illustrations, diagrams and infographics, ensuring clarity and age-appropriateness while aligning visuals with curriculum objectives. The role requires collaboration with content teams and delivering print-ready and digital-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
• 3+ years in educational publishing or learning materials.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent.
• Strong layout, typography, visual hierarchy and information design.
• Ability to create child-friendly, accessible visuals.
• Detail-focused, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good collaboration with content and curriculum teams.

Responsibilities

• Design book layouts, page templates, illustrations, diagrams and infographics.
• Translate educational content into clear, engaging visuals.
• Create age-appropriate designs for different grades and subjects.
• Work with curriculum teams to align visuals with learning objectives.
• Maintain consistency in layout and color language.

Weare looking for a creative and detail-oriented Educational Book GraphicDesigner to design engaging, age-appropriate andlearner-friendly textbooks, student handbooks, teacher handbooks andlearning materials . Key Responsibilities:

• Designbooklayouts, page templates, illustrations, icons, diagrams and infographics.
• Translate educationalcontent intoclear, engaging and visually meaningful learningexperiences.
• Create age-appropriatedesigns for differentgrades, subjects and learning contexts.
• Work closely withcurriculum and content teams to align visuals withlearningobjectives and activities.
• Maintain consistencyinlayout, typography, illustrations, colours and visual language.

Requirements
