Job summary

Acuity Knowledge Partners is seeking a Platform Manager for DealCloud in a Private Markets role. You will oversee system functionality, user access, and data governance, while supporting deal pipeline activities and KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in CRM management or deal operations, hands-on DealCloud experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel to onsite locations in the Middle East may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in CRM management, deal operations, or investment support roles.
• Hands-on experience with DealCloud or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management preferred.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and practical business applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Platform Manager for DealCloud, overseeing access and enhancements.
• Support deal pipeline by reviewing transaction documents and IC materials to ensure accurate data capture.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Enforce data quality standards and governance across teams.
• Provide training and support to DealCloud users, monitor platform usage, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and platform configurations.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willing to travel to onsite location (Middle East).
