Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a Platform Manager to oversee DealCloud operations, data quality, and governance. You will support deal pipeline management, develop dashboards, and provide training to users.

The role requires hands-on CRM experience, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills. Travel to onsite locations in the Middle East may be required.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in business/finance
• 3-4 years of CRM management or deal operations experience
• Hands-on experience with DealCloud or similar CRM platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management preferred

Key Competencies
