Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant - Quality to lead process improvement initiatives and mentor teams across engagements in the Quality service line.

You will Deploy Process Improvement frameworks, identify opportunities, and drive projects through to sign-off, while coordinating with stakeholders and clients to communicate outcomes and case studies.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5-12 years of experience in quality/process improvement.
• Experience in estimating opportunities and driving process improvements across engagements.
• Ability to mentor teams and interact with clients to present improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Process Improvement framework across engagements and conduct refresher mini-sessions.
• Identify improvement opportunities via workshops and create a pipeline of projects.
• Lead and mentor PI projects to enable teams to implement improvements and ensure sign-offs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for tollgate reviews and project closures in PI portals.
• Create awareness of process excellence initiatives and socialize successful improvements with teams.
• Participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies.

Responsibilities

• Process Excellence culture building: Deploy Process Improvement framework for the engagement(s) On need basis, conduct short or refresher (3hrs) sessions on continuous improvement at engagement level
• Improvement opportunity identification: Drive Bottom up and Top-down opportunity identification workshops for creation of pipeline of opportunities Process, operations, business data analysis to identify improvement opportunities Validation of opportunities creation of the projects
• Improvement projects implementation: Mentor Process Improvement projects (YB, GB & BB) to enable the operations resources to implement the improvement through structured approach Facilitate meetings with various stakeholders for tollgate reviews and appropriate sign offs Co-ordinate with lead developer for automation opportunity identification and project execution Govern the process of validation and sign off of the project closures in the project management portal Guide the project leaders for appropriate storyboard creation and update in the project management tool of PI projects
• Branding: Creating awareness by training and bringing visibility to process excellence initiatives in the engagement. Creating process improvement case studies and socializing with teams, on various success initiatives of engagement performance
• Client Management: Participate in client interactions to present the process improvement case studies.
