Job summary

Infosys BPM in Bengaluru/Bangalore/Pune is seeking a senior quality and process excellence leader to shape compliance programs and drive improvements across client engagements.

The role requires extensive experience in QA/QC, project leadership, and a consultative approach with stakeholders, plus certification ongoing in Lean Six Sigma and related standards. You will work across domains to optimize ERP/RPA-enabled processes and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, process excellence, and related field.
• Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Certification; Desirable ISO Lead Auditor and PMP.
• Familiarity with RPA, ERP, AI/ML and process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to define and drive compliance initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end quality and process improvement projects.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across programs.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to design compliant solutions.
• Oversee integration of technology platforms within processes.

What We Are Looking For
