Job summary

HDFC Life in India is seeking a Senior Associate for Branch Operations to support customer service, backend operations like NB, PS, accounts revival, and lead generation while tracking persistency and revival performance.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in operations or customer service, preferably from insurance or banking, with strong MS Office skills and good communication abilities.
