Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations or customer service, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred.

To ensure customer service and support all backend operation like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, and Lead Generation and to track & increase Persistency and Revival UW.
